If you’ve never tried to set up an online store and deal with shipping and handling, you have no idea. The Shwamee™ Brands store ships via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. To keep things simple, the shipping and handling for your order on this site is computed at checkout based on your order total (see chart below). This number represents an estimate of the actual cost to ship your order, plus a small handling fee to cover the non-postage costs of shipping, and takes into account the difference in cost to ship across town or across the country. The minimum shipping and handling fee for any order is $6.00. In the end, we will charge you the actual cost of postage, plus that handling fee. If this turns out to be less than what the site came up with at checkout, we will adjust the amount charged to your credit card by the difference (your card is not charged until we ship your order). If it turns out to be more – we’ll eat the overage. We do our best to ship orders placed before 12pm eastern time and paid for with a credit card the same day. We reserve the right to confirm receipt of payment prior to shipping for orders paid for by other means. International Orders We cannot quote international shipping and handling charges through the web site. If you would still like to place your order, the shipping and handling charge will add in at $50. If you do not accept the charges, we will cancel the order. Your credit card will not be charged until you have accepted the shipping quote and we have shipped your order. Returns We are confident you will be happy with your Shwamee™ Brands products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unopened and unused items that are still in their original, salable condition to us for a full refund of the purchase price paid for these items. Prior to returning any merchandise, we require that you contact us to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept or process any returns without an RMA number.
